Bautista Takes Third After Awesome Fightback In Germany

Well, after a troubling weekend of not appearing at ease, Alvaro Bautista managed to overcome a dreadful start (which saw him go down to 17th position on Lap1!) to have a stupendous chagre back up through the field – in ever worsening conditions – to eventually take an excellent third position, little more than a gnat’s chuff behind Hector Barbera.
Simoncelli was taking his new improved bike off from the pack and wasn’t going to be caught, so the third was a very welcome result and now takes Bati up to third in the overall World Cahmpionship.
