Adrián Martín to partner Danny Webb for Team WRB

 In News

Having competed in the Spanish National Championship for the past two years, the 17 year-old from Valencia will ride in the 125cc World Championship in 2010.
British rider Danny Webb will be joined in the Team WRB set-up by Spanish youngster Adrián Martín for the 2010 season.

After two seasons in the CEV Buckler, Martín will make the step up to the World Championship level for the forthcoming campaign. In 2008 in the Spanish National Championship he finished in fifth place, having taken two podiums, but 2009 was a difficult year as he placed 11th when riding with Team Aspar.

Enough potential was shown in Martín’s riding ability for Team WRB to bring him into the World Championship, and team chief Javier Sabio said he was “very pleased to bring Adrián into the set-up.”
Sabio said, “Adrián is a young rider with a good attitude and a desire to learn. We hope we can help him progress and realise his potential and we think that with plenty of work and taking things step by step, the results will arrive.”
