Dani Pedrosa meets up with fans in Zaragoza ahead of Aragon GP

 In MotoGP, News

For the third time this season the MotoGP world championship is in Spain, a chance that Dani Pedrosa did not miss to take advantage of by meeting with his fans in the region’s capital. In his own Repsol box and with the same bike that he claimed the runner up spot in the 2007 championship with, Pedrosa signed autographs for every fan who came around to see their idol and his original box from up close.

The box of the Repsol Honda Team is open for visitors at the El Corte Inglés at Paseo Independencia from 9th to 18th of September. Additionally there’ll be another original bike and Dani’s leathers on display in the El Corte Inglés in Sagasta.

Dani Pedrosa: “I am happy to be back in Zaragoza. It is a city where the fans always treat me very well. We’ve been here before with the people from Repsol, two years ago for the Expo Zaragoza 2008, and during our visit they made us ambassadors of the Expo. Now we return for the Grand Prix at Aragon and today I’ve enjoyed the warmth of the Aragonese again. I think it was a great idea to meet them in my “office” where they can see from up close the place where I work in during the GP weekends. I would have liked to spent a bit more time with them and fulfill all of the requests, but the weekend has already begun for us and now we have a lot of work to do at the track. I hope all of them can come and support us during the weekend, because they are an extra special help during the GP.”
