Alex Debon takes 5th place in Malaysian heat and is content with progress

 In Moto2, News

Alex Debon got off to a bad start at the Malaysian Grand Prix, losing several places in the first six laps. But he quickly got back into a good rythm and in the final laps he battled his way up to the front and took a good 5th place in the end.

5th Álex Debón: It’s been a race where I started to enjoy myself on the track again, I didn’t have any problems with my collarbone and this allowed me to have fun out therer and fight until the end. I want to say Thankyou to my mechanics who’ve done a great job this weekend, because they’ve given me a competitive bike which allowed me to go fast pretty easily, considering my physical condition. I’m also satisfied with the progress we’ve made since the race in Aragon, we’re going forward step by step and I hope we’re back to our true performance for the rest of the season and can fight at the top in the remaining races.
