Second and last day of testing at Ricardo Tormo circuit saw the premier class welcomed by improved track conditions in comparison to yesterday with Stoner posting the fastest time of the day. Teams and riders had a productive full day on track chasing the base set up ahead the 2011 season.

LCR Honda MotoGP Team rider Toni Elias put in 86 laps of the 4.005km circuit concentrating his time on chassis set up and suspension regulations in order to gather further information for his new technical crew. The Spaniard took a step-by-step approach and posted the 17th lap time of the day continuing his adaptation to his new RCV. Toni and his squad will be back on track in February for the Official Winter Test in Sepang (Malaysia).

“Today I feel a bit tired because this bike is physically demanding compared to the Moto2. In the winter break I will train more to reinforce my muscles. However today I felt more easy-going but I am still looking for the best base set up for me. My main issue was the bike balance so I could not push as I would like but I am not worried about it. I have got a lot of experience on these bikes and I know it takes time to adapt. The best way to improve my feeling on this machine is to work hard together with the Team”.
