Reigning 125cc world champion Marc Marquez continued his adaption to the Moto2 class on the second of testing at Valencia. The Spanish youngster declared himself happy with the improvements he made, but acknowledges the time it’ll take to fully adjust to the bigger bikes and the different style of riding.

Testing at Valencia concludes tomorrow.

Marc Márquez (1.36.6, 36 laps): “I’m quite satisfied, although I’m still adjusting to the bike we are gradually improving. We have tested more configurations throughout the day and some have worked, some didn’t. Anyway, the goal stays the same to get more miles on the bike and arrive at the first race well prepared. It’ll be a season of learning in which we must be patient and continue to evolve within the category. We are gradually getting more feedback from the bike and that allows us to improve the pace. The first days the bike took over the command from me, but now I am increasingly comfortable rider on it.”
