Adrian Martin loses 125cc ride but might find new place in Aspar Team
Adrian Martin has lost his spot for 2011 in the 125cc class after not being able to bring enough sponsorship money to validate his contract with Motorsport 69, the team run by former 250cc rider Alex Debon. The young Spaniard was not present at the official test at Valencia which concluded today, confirming his split with the team, and is now looking for a new place in the championship.
His resort might not be far however as he could be returning to the Aspar Team which he had already competed with in previous years. But the deal with the prestigious team would only offer him a place in the Spanish Championship CEV Buckler, so it has to be seen whether he might return there or will be able to reach an agreement with a world championship team before the season starts.
