Maverick Viñales and Sergio Gadea delivered an impressive performance at Indianapolis. The Blusens by Paris Hilton Racing Team riders were among the actors of an exciting race during which Terol made an early escape and cross the line alone. Maverick made a good start and put himself in second position battling with Zarco and attempting to escape from the pack in which Gadea was riding at the same pace as the top riders after he made a good start. With ten laps to go the fight for the second position was the highlight of the race. Viñales managed to escape from the group made up by Zarco, Cortese and Gadea who was then in third position. There were a few tense and exciting moments during which the two Blusens by Paris Hilton Team riders were battling for the podium. With five laps to go Cortese passed Maverick with the intention to end up on the second spot of the podium but Viñales did not allow it to happen. From this moment onwards it had been a duel between the two riders in which Gadea occasionally appeared . Maverick eventually managed to hold on to the second place with a narrow escape whereas Gadea missed the podium by a mere half second. A very exciting and motivating result for the team who will brace up for the next round with even greater enthusiasm.

25 MAVERICK VIÑALES (2º, +3.633): “On the podium again! Fantastic! I am very glad because we achieved a great result and did a great job with the team. I rode with soft tyres over nearly the whole weekend but I opted for hard ones during the race and that’s why I had to be patient and careful. I managed to improve throughout the race and also to take a good pace and to get self-confidence. All of us riders battling for the second postion were riding hard and it was difficult to say you would come out on top. I eventualy managed to end up second and it has been fantastic. That’s a great result and I’d like to dedicate it to the team and everybody supporting me.”

33 SERGIO GADEA (4º, +4.227): “If we take a look at the result from the perspective of yesterday’s practices I can’t deny it’s positive I finished in fourth position. I definitely rode at a good pace and I was very close to reach the podium but once again it didn’t happen. I am feeling disappointed because it’s tough to aspire to a result I can never achieve but I just have to keep on trying. I am in league at the world championship because I believe in my potential and in my team’s. That’s why we’ll never quit trying to achieve the best results until we get them.”
