 In News

It’s been announced today that young Spanish rider Josep Rodriguez will be joining the Blusens Racing by Paris Hilton team for the rest of the season, starting with the coming race at Motorland Aragon this weekend.
Rodriguez currently rides in the Spanish Championship where he’s been fourth in the last race at Albacete and has previously participated in the world championship as a wild card. The 17-year-old will now make the step up as the new teammate of Maverick Viñales.

Josep Rodriguez: “For me it is an incredible opportunity. To compete in the remaining races of the world championship as a rider for the Blusens Racing by Paris Hilton team and as teammate of Maverick is a luxury. I’m thrilled and I will do my best. I’m hoping to do well, because I’ve already done some races in the championship. I’ve been a wild card at Motorland Aragon last year and in Jerez, Catalunya and Assen this season. It’s clear that now I’m riding a different bike again and will have to adapt, but the motivation and being in a great team will help me, I’m sure. I want to thank all those who made my entry into this team possible and hope not to disappoint.”
