Rabat delivers solid performance for another top ten finish
Tito Rabat has made up for the problems in practice for the Japanese Grand Prix with a solid race at Motegi in which he moved up from 17th place on the grid to a solid ninth place. The Blusens-STX rider stayed within the group battling for eighth place throughout the race, always showing a strong pace.
34 TITO RABAT (9°, +11,387): “I can not say I’m completely happy, but I leave Japan with a very good feeling. Firstly, I did a good start, something I didn’t manage for three races, and I’ve been moving up positions while maintaining a similar pace as the leading riders and even better in some laps, which shows that we are progressing and we’re getting there. Now we have to keep working hard and stay on this way ahead of Australia.”
