IRTA Moto2 Test Jerez, Day 3 Results: Pol Espargaro ends preseason fastest of the Spaniards

Claudio Corti took the crown of leaving the Moto2 preseason with the fastest laptime, just inching ahead of Thomas Lüthi who’s been fastest on the first two days of the Jerez test. Not far behind was Pol Espargaro who clocked a fastest laptime less than 0.2 seconds slower than Corti’s best effort. Returnee Marc Marquez also finished the preseason strongly and ended the day in fifth position, but almost half a second behind Corti. Toni Elias and Julian Simon each got up to speed again and ended the test in 7th and 8th respectively.
