For the first time in history the CEV Buckler Championship will be held at Los Arcos, a newly created sports complex with modern facilities nestled in the beautiful Navarran countryside. This debut of the CEV Buckler will see 120 riders from 20 different countries competing for victory on a 3,933 meter track.

In the Moto3 category the high level of participation continues after German Philipp Öttl showed up his rivals at a wet Jerez last month. Öttl was the first person in History to win in this class at the season’s opening race of the CEV Buckler competition. It is still unknown how the riders will perform under dry conditions on dry asphalt. Watch out for Jorge Medina and John McPhee who shared the podium with Öttl in round one.

Most of the Moto2 riders, who have already had the benefit of pre-season testing at Navarra, will get ready for their first race on this new track layout.

One of the great results from round one saw Kyle Smith take his first career victory in the Stock Extreme class. The Briton was able to take the podium ahead of seasoned stars, Carmelo Morales and Xavi Forés; Smith will face heavy competition in this round if he is to achieve a second triumph here at Navarra.

Once more the Kawasaki Ninja Cup takes part in the CEV Buckler schedule. The Andorran Oliver Habib, winner of the inaugural race, will have to deal with a number of quality riders who will want to beat him to the flag.

Sunday Racing schedule:
11:00 Stock Extreme
12:00 Moto2
13:00 Moto3
14:00 Kawasaki Ninja Cup
