Cardus happy with preseason work “but we still have to find the right feeling with the bike”

The preseason testing needs with the last official IRTA test at the Circuito de Jerez de la Frontera for the Moto2 NGM Mobile Forward Racing Team riders Simone Corsi, Alex De Angelis, Mattia Pasini and Ricky Cardús, who have completed this test with their SpeedUp bikes and the official engines.

The riders leave the Spanish track with positive feelings before the first race of the season in Qatar having made considerable progress in their bike setup before the beginning of the season. The rain did make an appearance on the second bay of testing, keeping all of the team riders in the pits. They were able to complete the last two days of testing with ideal weathers conditions that allowed Simone Corsi to finish the in 5th position.

“We started off really well the first day and we have tried various configurations on the bike on the other days. We have still to find the right feeling with the bike and I am sure we will get there, because the team is working really well. I know I can go far with this team.”
