Cardus facing uphill battle at home race after qualifying 26th but confident to fight for points

Positive qualifying session for the NGM Mobile Forward Racing riders and their SpeedUp bike at Circuit de Catalunya. Alex De Angelis makes it to the Top5 even after his crash during qualifying and will start the race from the second row. Fellow Italians: Mattia Pasini and Simone Corsi make it to the Top15 in 11th and 15th position respectively. Spanish teammate Ricky Cardús will start in the 26th position and will fight to do his best tomorrow at his home race.

Ricky Cardus “I has been a rather difficult qualifying session today, my position does not represent in any way the work done by the team. I have shown a good pace in 48´ but I have not been able to do a good fast lap. The pace is good enough to get in the points tomorrow. I want to do a good start to be in the fight.”
