Isaac Viñales & Team Calvo looking forward to Argentinian challenge

This weekend the MotoGP world championship arrives in Argentina, fifteen years after the last GP held in South America.

The Team Calvo riders have prepared themselves for another fight for good results in this third round of the 2014 season, and they hope to be playing a key role from day one, just like they did in Qatar and Texas.

Czech rider Jakub Kornfeil currently occupies the fifth position in the overall standings and at this circuit, which is completely new to everyone, his aim will be to fight for a podium position.

Isaac Viñales arrives in Argentina with his mind set on leaving his Austin crash behind him and battle for a top five finish. For Eric Granado this will be his “home race” as thousands of Brazilian fans are expected to line the track to support their rider.

I travel to Argentina with much motivation after my crash in Austin, and surely, from day one, the anger I feel about my bad luck in Texas will push me to go faster. I’ll have to continue working with my team to find a good race setup. I’ve not seen anything of the circuit yet, not even a map, so we’ll see if we can do a couple of laps on the scooter on Thursday to see what it’s like.
