Strong start for Isaac Viñales in Termas de Rio Hondo

For the return of the World Championship to South America, Team Calvo was sporting the colours of Gomes da Costa, the Group Calvo brand in the South American market.

The Argentinian GP got off to a very positive start for the team, on a new track for everyone, with Isaac Viñales bagging a third place in the Moto3 class on the first day of free practice sessions.

I’m very happy because I like this circuit a lot. At the beginning it felt a bit strange because I haven’t ridden at a new circuit for a long time, but it did go fairly well. I like it because it’s got corners where you have to brake till quite late and also a combination of fast corners in which I’m having a lot of fun with this bike. We’ve changed the setup with reference to the previous two races and it seems that now the bike works better, but this was only the first day and I’m sure everyone will improve.
