Join Ross Noble for the Riders For Health #LastMileRide nationwide ride-out
Join comedian and biker Ross Noble on the #lastmileride – a motorcycle ride-out with a difference…
We’ll tell you the destination, but the start is up to you. Create your own route and along the way Ross will be sending you a series of challenges to complete before greeting you at the finish line.
Gather some friends, start your engines and join Ross and Riders for a nationwide ride-out…
The Ride
The #lastmileride is a motorcycle ride-out with a difference. The destination is the MCN headquarters in Peterborough (PE2 6EA), but the start point is up to you.
As you wind your way to Peterborough, Ross Noble will be using Twitter (he’s @realrossboble) and texts to set fun challenges for you, and hundreds of other bikers, to complete.
Once you reach the final destination, Ross will be there to greet you with some well-earned food and the chance to share your stories from the ride. They’ll also be prizes galore and a raffle of unique motorcycle memorabilia.
You can start when you like, but the first challenge will be at 10am and you must reach the final destination in Peterborough by 3pm – so make sure you have enough time to get there.
The Challenges
Throughout the #lastmileride, Ross will be setting you some quirky challenges that you will be able to complete, no matter where you are in the country.
These challenges will be sent via Twitter and can also be sent to your mobile phone via text. Share the pictures of you completing your challenges on Twitter and Ross will be keeping an eye out for his favourites and awarding prizes for the very best.
To follow and share the challenges on Twitter just use the hashtag #lastmileride. You can also follow Riders for Health and Ross Noble for updates. If you want to recieve the challenges via text message, please ensure you provide us with a mobile phone number.
Registration
Entry to the #lastmileride costs £30 for a rider and £15 for a pillion. This includes entry to all events at the final destination, as well as food and a #lastmileride visibility vest. You can register for the ride as an individual or as a group of riders. For group registration just select ‘create a group’ and invite your friends to join.
Once registered you will receive a Riders for Health visibility vest which you must be wearing to gain access to the final events.
