Paginas Amarillas announced as new main sponsor for Pons Racing

Pons Racing has announced Paginas Amarillas as its new main sponsor. The team will present its newly branded look at the GP of Catalunya on June 12th

The riders of the Pons Racing team will sport the colours of Páginas Amarillas, the Spanish equivalent of the Yellow Pages, after the contract was signed today between Bruno Porchietto, CEO and President of hibu (ex Yell), and the team of Sito Pons.

Pons Racing, who won the Moto2 championship last year with Pol Espargaró, is fielding two Rookies this season with Luis Salom and Maverick Viñales. They’re two riders with enormous potential and talent and immediately established themselves in key positions in the Moto2 roster.

Maverick achieved his first race win of the category at the second race in Texas, while Luis climbed the podium twice, in Argentina and Italy. In the overall standings, they’re in third and sixth place.
