Qatar: Unexpected Results and Living Up To Hype Performances

Aside from the race being held at night, the opening round of the 2015 MotoGP World Championship is special because it let’s us see how the riders will perform after months of pre-season preparations like staying fit and doing lots of training with different bikes including their race bikes. We’ll also know if the riders and teams can translate to results what they tell the media regarding their expections and performances or are all of them just hype.

If there’s one thing most MotoGP fans can agree with, it’s that 5 months without MotoGP action is just such a long wait. Thankfully though, the wait is finally over and last weekend MotoGP’s season opener in Qatar treated us with three exciting races. Races that showed us once again why MotoGP is one, if not the most awesome sport ever.

The first race had results that fans may not have expected but their are also special performances that fans may have aleady predicted to happen under the bright floodlights of the Losail Circuit. Let’s have a look at the unexpected results and performances that lived up to the hype in each class…
