The Championship will start this weekend in Portugal with an even more international 2015 season that will offer new titles for its three categories: Moto3 Junior World Championship, Moto2 and Superbike European Championship.

Once again the Championship considered as the stepping stone to the World Championship is preparing to get into gear. This year the FIM CEV Repsol season will start at the Autodromo do Algarve. Riders from all over the world will gather in Portugal to take part in a competition that has novelties in its three categories, including the change of name to Junior World Championship in the case of Moto3 and to European Championship for Moto2 and Superbike.

The start will be marked by the remembrance of Joan Moreta, who passed away a week ago. Former President of the Royal Spanish Motorcycling Federation (RFME) and Vice-President of the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM), he dedicated more than 40 years of his life to his passion, motorcycling, and particularly to the support and promotion of young riders.

The race schedule for the first round of the FIM CEV Repsol will be as follows (local time):

11:00 – Moto2 Race 1

12:00 – Superbike Race 1

13:00 – Moto3 Race

14:00 – Moto2 Race 2
