[tps_title] Loser: Tito Rabat [/tps_title]

rabat

Tito Rabat’s miserable woes continues. Rabat ran off track at turn three of the very first lap. He would crawl his way back up the order but would only manage a 12th place finish – not a result you’d imagine to come from a World Champion defending his title. Some say that the number 1 plate on Rabat’s bike could be a curse. But seriously, Rabat just hasn’t performed well.

Rabat rarely made mistakes last year but this season he’s been making too much. Jonas Folger, who also had an error at the same time as Rabat, finished 3 places ahead of him in the race. Rabat might be feeling the pressure of defending his title – a job much harder to accomplish than winning it the first time. That, though, is just an assumption as Rabat clearly blames blames bad luck. Whatever is affecting Rabat doesn’t matter in the end. All he can do is get his head down and focus on things he can control to have a chance to become Moto2’s first back-to-back champion.
