Augusto Fernández finishes eighth in Japan
Starting today’s Japanese Grand Prix from the second position, Augusto Fernández knew that today it was going to be a tough race because he did not find the correct configuration on dry of Kalex. And so it has been, he has tried to defend his position but little by little his rivals have surpassed him. Despite this, he finished eighth by adding some good points for the championship in a complicated weekend.
The FlexBox HP 40 does not rest and sets course for Australia to ride the third of four transoceanic events, on October 25, 26 and 27.

“Very hard race today, I have suffered a lot as I had not done for a long time. We knew that today it would be an unknown race because we did not find the good setting in dry. I started well and maintained the position but then I have been losing positions and I couldn’t defend myself. There are three races left and we must remain positive to continue giving everything. Thanks once again to the team, which has worked very well in a difficult weekend.”
