Excellent 2nd for Canet in #CatalanGP, Navarro 14th

Exciting race Sunday for the FlexBox HP 40 in a race like Montmeló, a home Grand Prix.

Canet, who started from the second position, has made a very good and intelligent race. From the start he maintained his position and went on the attack in the middle of the race, leading until the last lap. A very tight race in which the FlexBox HP 40 rider was overtaken by his rival with three corners to go. Canet crosses the finish line in a very good position and consolidates the third position in the overall standings, getting closer to the second place. Excellent race once again, showing his speed and pace as one of the fittest riders in the category.

More difficult race for Jorge Navarro. In a weekend with many problems, today Navarro wanted to turn the situation around but had the same sensations. Despite this, he was able to gain some positions and crossed the finish line in fourteenth place, scoring two points in a very difficult weekend.

Arón Canet, 2nd, +0.081

Fifth podium of the season, it’s very good, but we must go for the first victory that we want to improve in confidence. Today we were close and I’m sure it will come soon. We have done a very good race, being strong and that’s the positive thing, that regularity and speed that we have throughout the year. We have to think about the next race now and continue in this same positive line. Thanks to the team for their work and to the sponsors who have been supporting us this weekend at home.

Today was a very complicated race. From the start I had the same feeling I had all weekend, with many problems. The positive thing is to have finished in the points despite the problems. Now it’s time to do a reset to understand what’s going on and find a solution. Working together as we do, we will find it, I’m sure.
