Double top 10 for Pramac duo with Martin 7th and Zarco 8th in #AustralianGP
The Australian weekend ends with Jorge Martin and Johann Zarco in seventh and eighth position respectively in an incredible race that left everyone with bated breath. Martin made a strong start, and was a protagonist of great duels fighting for the podium until the last lap.
Johann Zarco found some difficulties at the start that made him lose many positions finding himself after the first straight in nineteenth position. From there started a great comeback that would see the Frenchman recover 11 positions to finish eighth.
I had a good pace but I was struggling to overtake and that limited me a lot. I got a good start and I was able to manage the tyres very well, we lacked a little bit of mileage but the feeling was good. Too bad because it was a good opportunity but we will try again next week in Malaysia.
I had problems at the start and so I lost the chance to stay with the leading group at the beginning. I found myself in 19th position and from there it was not easy to fight for the podium. I still had a good race, made many overtakes and recovered positions but I still lack a little bit of feeling to be able to do better.
