Solid race sees Iker Lecuona finish 16th in #MalaysianGP

LCR Honda CASTROL replacement rider Iker Lecuona has crossed the line 16th at the Grand Prix of Malaysia.

The Spaniard gained some positions immediately at the start of the race and fought against rivals to get the best possible result. Taking a step forward compared to yesterday’s Sprint and improving the feeling with the bike’s front end, Lecuona has finished 16th after the 20 laps at the Sepang International Circuit.

I’ve enjoyed the race and felt good on the bike. Of course, the main goal was to help the team and do my job, replacing the official rider. I’m quite pleased because I could fight and have fun. Many thanks to LCR; it’s always a pleasure working with them.
