The 2023 season has come to an end, and Le0pard Racing completes the Valencia Grand Prix with a difficult race, with Jaume Masià finishing in 13th place ahead of teammate Adrián Fernández in 14th.
Great and warmer conditions greeted us for race day at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo. Le0pard Racing started the last race of the season from the 8th spot on the grid with Jaume Masià in the third row, and from the 12th place in the fourth row with Adrián Fernández.
Both Jaume Masià and Adrián Fernández remained around their starting positions in the early stages of the race.
Jaume Masià tried to make up some places in order to close the gap to the leading group, but the Spaniard started to struggle, dropping some positions down as the race was coming to an end, crossing the finish line in 13th place.
For his part, Adrián Fernández finished today’s race in 14th position, moving up places as he pushed hard, but dropping from 11th to 14th on the last lap.
Le0pard Racing completes a very successful 2023 season with 5 victories, 11 podiums and 6 pole positions, writing more pages in the history of motorsport, claiming a poker of Championships as Jaume Masià completes the season as the 2023 Moto3 World Champion.
Jaume Masià – 13th
It wasn’t the race we wanted to do today, but I was struggling a lot to keep the rhythm, it was tough. Today, I just want to thank the team for their incredible and tireless work during this whole season, for being my family. We’ve done this together, we are World Champions, and it was amazing to celebrate it here at home. It’s a dream come true.
Adrián Fernández – 14th
Today’s race has been very difficult to manage, I struggled as the laps went by, and we finished in 14th place at the end. 2023 ends here, and I’m nothing but eager to start the 2024 season already!
