This website was set up by VROOM MEDIA because, through designing, building, managing and running other MotoGP webzines and fansites, we came to the realisation that there are many many fans out there across the English-speaking world (and the world as a whole) who *love* their Spanish riders. They may actively support one, they may not – but one thing is for sure and that is that there’s a load of love out there for them.
Some people religiously follow the likes of mercurial talents Jorge Lorenzo, Dani Pedrosa and Alvaro Bautista, others love the audacious young talent of Pol Espargaro, Julian Simon and Marc Marquez. There are others too; the solid and likeable Joan Olive, the grizzled and great Alex Debon, Toni Elias, Aleix Espargaro, Tito Rabat… and many many more.
We’ve found that people interested in, or following / supporting one Spanish rider are often interested in the results, form and news about others too. And we reckoned that whilst there are plenty of genuinely “general” MotoGP news sites, there wasn’t actually one that specifically focused on Spanish riders and on bringing together all the latest news on them and their teams – to put all the Spanish news in one place. In English.
So that’s what we exist to do. That’s our mission. We hope that you like what we do, and that if you have news for us that you’ll get in touch and help us build a better and better site for fans of Spanish riders everywhere.
